Val in Littleton, CO

Just Adopted!

Here is Val with his new family...

Meet Val a gentle, affectionate and inquisitive 2 and half year old boy.

An exceptionally happy and loving Tri-color, Val likes nothing better than playing; be it with toys, his foster brother or his foster family. He loves couch time and a good belly rub.

His forever home must have lots of toys, another young and active brother or sister to share them with and adults who are home most of the time. He would enjoy family outings or just running errands and rides well in his crate in the car. Val bonded to his foster family quickly and easily learned their routine. He is initially shy of strangers, but quickly warms up to them.

He has had no potty accidents while at his foster home, but would continue to benefit from having another dog to cue off. Val sleeps though the night, in a crate in the bedroom. Basic training is going well and should be continued.

Val as been neutered and had a dental in foster care. He has an extremely minor (grade 1) patella on one knee, but it is not a problem.

He is micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Val weighs 13 pounds, but does need to gain a pound or so. He is happily working on that.
