Our online application form requires applicants to provide information about themselves (i.e. contact information, history of pet ownership, vet references). We do not share this information with any other parties, and this information is used for the purpose of determining whether a family might be a good match for a dog in our care and for staying in contact with a family on matters strictly pertaining to Cavalier Rescue USA.
