Opie in Savoy, ILOpie is an adorable and sweet but scared little guy who used to be a stud dog in a puppy mill. He was then in a shelter in southern IL that called Cavalier Rescue USA to see if we could help him. Opie probably is about 8-9 years old and a very sweet little Cavalier. Mickey and Chandler in Bedford, MAMeet Mickey and Chandler! They are wonderful, 8 year old males, given to Rescue because their family did not have the time to spend with them. They are very handsome, and are perfectly mannered gentlemen. They are half-brothers sharing the same father but born to different moms.They have grown up together and enjoy each other’s company. Mickey, the tri-colored cavalier, is the more independent one and loves to chase balls and romp in the backyard.…

We take in over 500 Cavaliers a year, so dedicated foster families are needed in most states.
