Caspian and Emma in Sacramento, CA

Caspian and Emma are an adorable, bonded duo. They are house trained, affectionate, loyal and full of love to give to some lucky person or family.  

Caspian is a handsome black and tan, with huge brown eyes, and a silky black coat. He is 6.5 years old. He is a sweet sensitive soul, affectionate and calm. He wants to sit by your side and be petted and loved. Caspian has a grade 5 heart murmur that requires daily medication (Vetmedin). He is otherwise healthy.

Emma, is a beautiful tricolor with big brown eyes and the typical white, black and brown markings. She is 5.5 years old and in excellent health. She is loving, confident and playful. She is more confident than Caspian.  She is also a lap dog and will sit next to you or on your lap as long as you will let her.  

Both dogs are the true definition of lap dogs. They will sit with you and look at you with their big brown eyes, with love and admiration. 

Caspian and Emma are both around 17 pounds. This pair came to our rescue with a sad back ground. They were a back yard breeder’s dogs, kept outside in a kennel with 6 other dogs. They had not seen a vet in over two years. They arrived flea ridden, with worms, ear infections, bad teeth and missing half of their hair. Caspian was neutered but Emma was not spayed. 

But that life is far behind them now. Our rescue vet has addressed all of their health issues. They had a much-needed dental cleaning, were treated for worms and fleas and their vaccines were updated. Emma was spayed.  They have absolutely blossomed in their foster home, quickly learning to be the beloved companions that cavaliers are supposed to be. 

They are happy, sweet, devoted and ready for their new loving home. They will do best in a quiet, adult-only home where someone is home most of the time to provide the love and attention they deserve.
