Cinnamon in Arlington, VA

Cinnamon is the absolute sweetest little 5-year-old Blenheim Cavalier girl who came into rescue after spending her first years as a breeding mama. She arrived to us timid and scared, but she quickly realized how wonderful her new found life would be!

Cinnamon is the happiest dog at all times. Her tail is wagging from the moment she wakes until she goes to sleep. Her favorite pastime is being snuggled up by your side. She also loves to play with toys and has the playfulness of a puppy. She takes great pride in pulling all the toys out of the basket to play with!

Cinnamon came into rescue with a significant limp due to bilateral medial Patella Luxation (bad knees). She has since had two major surgeries to fix these problems and she continues to rehab. She has been an excellent patient, now walks without a limp and looks forward to the day when she is released from her restrictions and can run again! She has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccinations. She also had a recent dental cleaning and had a few teeth extracted. 

This precious pup does not like to be left alone, so we are looking for a home for her where someone will be home most of the day. She will be your sweetest shadow. Cinnamon does well being left for short periods when she has another dog to keep her company. She is currently fostered with another Cavalier who she loves and a large dog. She gets along great with both dogs. We haven’t had her around cats, but she is very passive with our bunny.
