My name is Acorn and my foster family says I am everything you would ever want or expect a Cavalier pup to be. I was born on Jun 21 and am 4 months old. My foster family says I am sweet, playful, food driven, affectionate, snuggly, and an attention seeker:).
In the last month, I have had the opportunity to meet many dogs, as well as a cat and bunny. I love all animals and people. I have come across kids of all ages, as well as many adults. I love everyone who comes my way.
I am smart and quickly getting the hang of potty training with yummy treats as my reward. My foster family takes me out very regularly, so I am not having accidents in the house.
I love to be held and snuggle under the covers but am crate trained and happy to be there at night. I sleep through the night but will soil my crate if you don’t get me out early enough. I will not bark to go out yet.
With the beautiful weather, my foster family takes me on a lot of walks, to the park, and on hikes. I love anything outdoors.
I have a microchip and am up to date on my vaccines but will need more as I am still growing. I will also need to be neutered when I am old enough. I’m very healthy.
I will be happiest in a home where people are active and someone is around most of the time to give me the attention I need. I would love a doggy playmate and kids are also a plus.
