This is Ellie. She was born on September 16, 2024. Ellie weighs four-and-a-half pounds, and stands only seven inches high. She is truly adorable!

This little one can be full of zoomies one minute, and curled up napping the next. When she channels her inner “feisty,” you cannot help but giggle.

Ellie is crate trained and potty training is a work in progress. (A tiny girl has a tiny bladder. She will get there with patience.) She’s in excellent health and her new family will need to spay her at 9-10 months and send in the certificate to rescue.

Ellie is currently in a foster home with large and small dogs, cats, and birds. She plays well with others, but does not need constant attention. Ellie loves her toys, chew bones, and being outside playing in the leaves. She likes being active, and is definitely not a diva.

Ellie is learning to communicate her needs, like wanting up in your lap or settling in her crate on her own for a snooze. She is learning new things everyday!

Meal times are Ellie’s favorite time of day, so she should respond well to training with treats.

Not a shy girl, Ellie enjoys meeting new people. Such a social butterfly!
