Please help Finn ❤️

Finn is a very sweet boy whose owner recently went into a nursing home. He turns 2 years old in October and is as sweet as can be. Unfortunately, he is lame and in pain from a grade 4 luxating patella. He has a significant amount of muscle loss on that side of his body from not using that leg due to the pain. He needs surgery to correct this issue so he can have a normal and pain free life.
