Please help Max ❤️
Little Max has had a tough life being used for commercial breeding, but you would never know it from his happy-go-lucky personality. When Cavalier Rescue USA got him at the young age of 2 ½, it was discovered he had congenital cataracts in both eyes and has impaired vision. This is a hereditary condition, but one that can be fixed with surgery.
Once Max settled into a foster home and felt safe and loved, his personality really blossomed. He is a fast learner and is so affectionate and sweet.
Max is now learning to play with other dogs, enjoy long walks, enjoy treats and toys and snuggling. He loves the freedom of being able to go out to play in the yard or take naps on the couch.
Cataract surgery costs several thousand dollars. Without it, Max’s eyesight will worsen and blindness is a real possibility. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. Let’s give this sweet boy the vision and life he deserves!
